Job Description:

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to maximize performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve business performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate teams for business initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
- Maintain a protected, clean, and organized store environment.
