What You'll Build
As a Graphics Designer at Nectar, you will help shape the visual experience of our core product platform and brand. You will create high-quality, intuitive, and engaging visual assets for our IoT-based Facility Management and Energy Management solutions.
You will work on a diverse range of design requirements, including product dashboards, asset icons, floor plans, equipment illustrations, infographics, marketing creatives, presentations, and branding materials. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, AI engineers, and domain experts to translate complex technical and building-related concepts into clear, visually compelling experiences.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Graphic Design, IoT, Facility Management, Energy Management, and digital product experiences, with opportunities to explore 3D visualization, interactive building models, and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:● Design high-quality graphics and visual assets for our IoT dashboards, including
equipment icons, floor plans, building layouts, asset illustrations, and infographics.
● Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media
creatives, banners,



and promotional content aligned with the company's brand identity.
● Develop vector illustrations, icons, and custom graphics using Adobe Illustrator, and
enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.
● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate
concepts into visually compelling designs.
● Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual elements across
all digital and print materials.
● Create interactive visual representations of buildings, equipment, and processes for
product demonstrations and customer presentations.
● Prepare graphics optimized for web, mobile, presentations, and print while ensuring
high visual quality.
● Contribute creative ideas for product branding, campaigns, UI assets, and customer
engagement materials.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality
standards.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously
enhance the quality and creativity of design deliverables.
● Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, or animation using Blender to create product
visualizations and walkthroughs will be an added advantage.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual content effectively
communicates the intended message and enhances the overall user experience.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in a related field.




● Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in designing.
● Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma/Canva & Blender.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
● Domain knowledge in IoT, CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management)
● Experience in Video Platforms like Premiere or any related software.
