Job Summary:

We are hiring Apprenticeship Trainees (Plant Maintenance) for a leading German MNC in Karnataka. This role is ideal for Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, and shift management in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain plant machinery and operations

- Assist Shift In-Charge in daily plant activities and shift management

- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports

- Support maintenance and operational activities on the shop floor





- Work efficiently in a plant-based industrial environment

Requirements

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech (Chemical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

- Passing Year: 2021 /2022 /2023 /2024 /2025

- Freshers are eligible

- Provisional Certificate is mandatory

- Willingness to work in plant environment

Work Details:

- Work Mode: Work From Office (Plant-based)

- Shift: Day Shift

- Working Days: 6 days/week

- Week Off: 1 rotational off
