Roles & ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain product displays according to planograms and brand guidelinesStock shelves, rotate inventory,



and ensure accurate pricing and signageMonitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or replenishmentImplement promotional displays and seasonal layoutsConduct store visits and audits to ensure merchandising standardsAnalyze sales data and provide insights to improve product performanceCollaborate with store staff and sales teamsEnsure compliance with safety and merchandising policiesMaintain accurate records, photos, and reports of displaysIdentify opportunities to improve product placement and visibilityRequirements & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferredProven experience as a Merchandiser or in a retail roleStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsUnderstanding of planograms, promotions, and visual standardsAbility to lift and move products and fixturesStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work independently across multiple locations (if applicable)Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
