Role Summary

A reputed organization is looking for a technically sound and solution-oriented IT Support & Systems Executive to provide day-to-day technical support and maintain the organization's computer systems, software, printers, networks, and basic IT security.

The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting employees with IT-related requirements, maintaining IT assets, and coordinating with external IT vendors whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, computer hardware, and peripherals.

- Install, configure, update, and uninstall software and applications as required.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.

- Troubleshoot employee IT issues using a practical and problem-solving approach.

Printer & Peripheral Support

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, including:

- Laser printers

- Thermal printers

- Inkjet printers

Ensure smooth functioning of computer peripherals and related equipment.

Network & System Support

- Support LAN and Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.

- Assist in managing workgroups, domains, user accounts, and Active Directory.

- Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls such as FortiGate and SonicWall.

IT Security

- Monitor and support antivirus, ransomware, malware, and other cybersecurity protection measures.





- Ensure only genuine and authorized software is installed and used across company systems.

- Educate users about the risks and consequences of using pirated or unauthorized software.

IT Records & Vendor Coordination

- Maintain basic records of IT systems, software, hardware, and IT assets.

- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support whenever required.

- Ensure timely resolution of routine IT-related issues.

Technology Support

- Support employees in using AI-based productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other relevant tools.

- Remain open to adopting new technologies and adapting to evolving business requirements.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Hardware & Networking, or a related discipline will be preferred.

- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and system support.

Experience & Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, hardware and networking, system administration, or IT infrastructure support.

- Practical hands-on experience in independently handling routine IT issues.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Solution-oriented approach with willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

- Ability to adapt to evolving roles, teams, and business requirements.

Compensation

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
