We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Vice President – Real Estate Investments to lead investment strategy, deal evaluation, due diligence, and execution across real estate opportunities. This is a senior role for an investment professional with strong expertise in real estate investing, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, the ability to identify high-potential investment opportunities, and experience taking transactions from initial evaluation through execution. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, investors, lenders, advisors, and other partners to drive profitable and well-structured investments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across relevant asset classes.
- Conduct detailed commercial, financial, legal, technical, and market due diligence on prospective investments.
- Build and review financial models, investment cases, return analyses, cash-flow projections, and scenario assessments.
- Assess project feasibility, valuation, market attractiveness, capital requirements, risks, and expected returns.
- Develop investment recommendations and present findings to senior leadership and investment committees.
- Lead transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, documentation, and coordination with external advisors.
- Conduct market research and track trends in real estate pricing, demand, supply, development activity, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate developers, sponsors, operating partners, and other transaction counterparties.




- Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, lenders, consultants, legal advisors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor existing investments and provide insights on portfolio performance, valuations, risks, and exit opportunities.
- Support strategic initiatives related to portfolio expansion, capital deployment, partnerships, and new investment themes.
- Mentor and guide investment team members while establishing high standards for analysis, execution, and governance.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, private equity, investment banking, real estate finance, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on understanding of real estate investing and transaction execution.
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and commercial assessment skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, development economics, transaction structures, and risk-return dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage transactions from opportunity sourcing through investment closure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear investment recommendations.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial, and ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering investment outcomes.
