Job Summary:
As Total Rewards Manager, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Total Rewards programmes across Europe, translating global Total Rewards frameworks and corporate policies and regional HR priorities into effective, locally relevant compensation and benefits practices.
You will serve as the regional subject matter expert, providing guidance on market competitiveness, internal equity, regulatory requirements and programme application across the region. You will also lead the execution and administration of total rewards programmes, including base salary, variable pay, assignment compensation and benefits, according to the organisational needs of the company, reporting to the Regional HR Manager, Europe.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Total Rewards subject matter expert for the Europe region, providing expert advice and guidance to Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition,
business leaders and local Human Resources teams.
- Provide regional Total Rewards expertise and insights to HRBPs and the Global Total Rewards Community of Expertise, identifying emerging market, regulatory and business requirements and recommending appropriate responses within global frameworks.
- Monitor relevant industry trends, legislative developments and market practices across Europe, assessing their implications for compensation and benefits programmes, policies and processes and recommending appropriate actions.
- Lead and participate in compensation and advantages benchmarking, interacts with the partner consulting organizations,
- Completing market survey submissions to provide insights and recommendations.
- Execute annual total compensation planning which includes system testing, providing day to day support to planning managers on tools and guidelines, and partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in finalizing plans.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and HRBP to review/recommend salaries for offers and promotions/adjustments.
- Manages a team of Total Rewards professionals in region.
- Other responsibilities as designated.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience supporting compensation and benefits administration in Europe.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience training and presenting to large audiences.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience participating in and analyzing external benefit and salary surveys.
