Job Description Job Purpose: n To lead the audits of Trade Finance portfolio of the bank n n Key Responsibility Areas n Actionable n Audit execution n n Review pre-audit preparation and sampling. n Allocation of audit areas to the auditors based on expertise and mandays available.n Carry out audit of various areas / activities / departments as per the RBI guidelines / internal policies. n n Audit reporting n n Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, recommendations, and Management action plans. n Risk grading and opinion formation. n Audit finalization, discussion, and closure (including visits to branches / units).n Effectively communicate audit results to key stakeholders including Senior Management, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. n n Compliance n n Monitoring and follow up with auditee Management for audit issues resolution. n Validate evidence submitted for closure of audit issues.n n Team management n n Manage and supervise the team of auditors.



n n n n Educational Qualifications n Key Skills n n Graduation n Post-Graduation n Professional Qualification n Domain knowledge– Knowledge of bank audit / Trade audits n Audit expertise – Proficiency in audit methodologies, techniques, and standardsn Analytical skills– Robust analytical skills to analyse complex data, identify trends and assess the effectiveness of controls. n Communication skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills facilitating audit reporting, presentations and discussions. n IT skills - Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MSExcel and Power Point is a must.n Leadership skills– Leadership skills including people management&problem; solving to lead the team of auditors. n Time management - Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. n n Experience Required n n Min. 6 - 7 years of experience in related fields. n n n Major Stakeholders n Business, Operations&allied; units
