Domain / Primary Skill: Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineer

Sub- Domain: BIW Simultaneous & Process Engineering

Tools: Catia, Autocad, TCUA, Process Simulate

Total No. of Year Experience - 3-9 years

Education - B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive/Design)

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

. Joinery study

. Define Process as per product geometry.

. Feasibility study and process engineering

. BIW tool validation to check feasibility.

. Weld distribution, gun selection, gun sectioning

. Cycle time chart preparation

. Feasibility study

. Weld shop Line Layout planning

. Process engineering and Cycle time

. Exposure to robotic Body shop process

. Basics of Robot application

. Safety standard

.



Positive understanding of BIW assembly process for fully robotic and semi-automatic

line.

. Exposure of Tool design

. Worked with Global Automotive Clients

. Knowledge of Simulation standards of Auto OEMs

. Validation of processes in work cells / stations

. Workout different option and Layout

. Quality Checks as per Standards

. Reviews with Customer

. Equipment selection

. Variants analysis

. Lead the project and guide team.

. Customer prescribed Documentation

. Knowledge Sharing and documentation.

. PFD/PFMEA/Control Plan

. Exposure to BIW shop

. Exposure to Aspirational & Perceived Quality proving will be added advantage.
