Job Description:

Position: Senior Sales Executive / Manager

Location: Madhya Pradesh (1 position)

Job Purpose: To drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage key accounts across the Madhya Pradesh territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategy for Madhya Pradesh
- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors/clients
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing Coordinate with production/dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Handle collections and ensure timely payment recovery
- Submit regular sales reports (DSR, MIS) to management
- Travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh to meet clients and dealers

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of the Madhya Pradesh market
- Willingness to travel extensively within MP
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English
- Salary: As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience
