Job Responsibilities

- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design to execute delivery of customer-facing digital features from intake through release.
- Translate epics and business requirements into implementation-ready user stories, including clear acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies, and testable outcomes.
- Run backlog hygiene and readiness: refine stories, manage status, ensure Definition of Ready is met, and support sprint and release commitments.
- Validate requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and traceability, escalating gaps/risks early and documenting decisions.
- Review existing functionality and requirements artifacts to avoid rework, identify impacts,

- Support solution reviews, desk checks, testing execution, and defect triage by clarifying expected behavior, reproducing issues, and prioritizing fixes based on impact.
- Drive UAT activities end-to-end: create test scenarios, coordinate business testers, document results, manage sign-offs, and confirm release readiness.
- Support release execution and hypercare by validating deployed functionality, monitoring defects/incidents, and driving resolution through to closure.
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies (refinement, planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and provide clear updates on story readiness, blockers, and testing status.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

- Experience in a delivery-oriented product analyst / business analyst role supporting digital product development in an Agile environment.

- Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria (including negative/edge cases) and maintain traceability from requirements to delivery.
- Robust understanding of Agile delivery practices (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and working with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience supporting testing and release readiness, including UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation of delivered outcomes.
- Strong backlog management skills: ability to facilitate refinements, drive alignment, document decisions, and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to produce clear artifacts (stories, requirements, UAT scenarios, release notes as needed).
- Proficiency with common delivery tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence or equivalent) for backlog, documentation, and workflow tracking.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

- Experience working on customer-facing digital platforms (web/mobile) and collaborating closely with Design/UX on flows and content.
- Familiarity with API-driven systems, integrations, and the ability to read/interpret basic technical artifacts (Swagger/OpenAPI, logs, payloads).
- Working knowledge of testing practices (test case design, regression planning, defect lifecycle) and partnering effectively with QA teams.
- Working knowledge of experimentation and measurement (e.g., A/B testing, conversion funnel metrics) to support release validation (not strategy ownership).
- Experience in large, cross-team delivery environments with strong controls, documentation, and release governance.
