We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting clinical cases, both locally and outstation, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical devices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing) preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Nursing Degree.
Key Competencies:
1. Ortho Case Support:
- Provide comprehensive support for cases (TKR, THR, Revision TKR, Revision THR) including in-town and outstation visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide technical assistance during procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
2. Customer Conversion:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with healthcare facilities,
practitioners, and key decision-makers.
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to effectively convey the benefits of our products and services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, clinical studies, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide demos to healthcare professionals on the use and application of our products.
4. Travel:
- Be willing to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend conferences,
- Support clinical cases as needed.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and case usage details.
