Responsibilities * Conduct business analysis of existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs and technical architectures.
- Lead the complete solution lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, production deployment, enhancements, scaling, and DevSecOps.
- Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business challenges, data ecosystems, and operational requirements.
- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows, advanced RAG architectures, LLM-powered applications, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Build AI prototypes, proofs of concept, and pilot programs, ensuring successful transition to production.
- Configure and extend AI platforms and accelerators to address business-specific requirements.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, CRM systems, and operational environments.
- Own end-to-end deployment activities, including CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, observability, and governance.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
- Monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance, accuracy, reliability, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by leading workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions.




- Define business success metrics and demonstrate measurable outcomes such as productivity gains, cost optimization, risk reduction, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with platform engineering, data science, and delivery teams across global locations.
- Create reusable assets, accelerators, best practices, and deployment playbooks to support multiple engagements.
- Mentor technical teams and promote adoption of applied AI and Agentic AI best practices.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Applied AI/ML, Solution Engineering, or related technology domains.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid expertise in Python and/or TypeScript development.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practical exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as:

- LangGraph
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Strong understanding of:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- Foundation Models
- Experience working with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and open-source LLM ecosystems.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, model evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning strategies, and AI performance optimization.
- Experience with LLMOps and MLOps, including:

- Monitoring
- Guardrails
- Governance
- Versioning
- Cost Optimization
- Exposure to multimodal AI technologies including voice, avatar, and video AI platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, and AI-powered developer platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and modernizing legacy systems.




- Proven success in delivering production-grade AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.
