A Senior PM with good exposure to ability to drive Operating Model redesign, cross-functional delivery and Process simplification or streamlining.
Prefer Accounts Onboarding experience.
Has an in-depth understanding of the change lifecycle in process re-engineering. • Strong experience in process redesign / target operating model. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially across geographies.• Ability to manage QA, controls, and operational risk topics.• Solid execution in a matrix environment. • Strong ops / onboarding background preferred. • Exposure to KYC / CDD / AML preferred
