Job Summary: This role focuses on providing in-depth analytics and reporting to support customer success initiatives. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that demonstrate the value of products for key clients. Collaboration with global teams is essential to deliver customized support for large, strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill data and reporting requests from customer success managers.
- Extract and adapt SQL queries for custom report generation.
- Analyze customer data to highlight ROI and product value.
- Develop transparent data visualizations for stakeholder presentations.
- Communicate analytical findings to executive audiences.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to create compelling presentations in Power Point.
Industry Experience:
Experience in a business environment, particularly supporting customer success or sales organizations within the technology or SaaS sectors, is highly preferred.
