Role: USI-CTH Oracle HCM Technical

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 3-5 years

USI-CTH Oracle HCM Technical

Oracle HCM Technical: 1 FTE Senior Consultant and 1 FTE Consultant

JD: Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant/Senior Consultant

Key job responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules

- Responsible for any changes in HCM Extracts

- Should be able to decode the issue related to interfaces

- Provide support on BI Reports and OTBI Reports

- Troubleshoot the issues of HDL, FBL, PBL

- Able to debug and modify fast formulas

- Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams

- Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment

- Adhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions





- Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues

- Senior Consultant are expected to be able to lead Tech team and work directly with client.

- Senior Consultant should be able to demosntrate SME level of skill and experince while supporting the client in all, the stages of delivery cycle.

Experience: Consultant : 3-5 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Senior Consultant: 6-10 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

Key Skills for Fusion Technical:

- HCM Extracts

- BI Reports

- OTBI Reports- Develop or extend reports with Report composer in OTBI environment

- HDL(HCM Data Loader)

- FBL(File Based loader)

- PBL(Payroll Based loader) - Good to have

- Fast formulas

- OIC - Good to have
