ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Security & Wireless Engineer to support enterprise customers in a Managed Services workplace. The role involves network, security and wireless operations, troubleshooting, incident management and SLA-driven service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, WAN, LAN and SD-WAN issues
• Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs and security policies
• Analyze firewall logs and security incidents
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming and authentication issues
• Support AP deployments, wireless surveys and optimization
• Perform approved configuration changes and upgrades
• Coordinate with ISPs and OEM/TAC teams
• Handle incidents, changes and problem management
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions
• Maintain SLA, documentation, runbooks and reports
• Participate in on-call and planned maintenance activities
