Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Zoho Data Administrator & Developer to own, automate, and optimize our core HR, recruitment, and
reporting ecosystems across Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Analytics. In this role, you will write custom Deluge scripts,
manage data modeling, and deliver executive analytics. Additionally, you will leverage Google Apps Script and explore emerging
AI platforms (such as Claude and Google AI Studio) to enhance data sanity, automated auditing, and reporting accuracy across
our systems.
Experience Level: 3–5 Years
Location & Availability: Located in or open to a flexible hybrid schedule in Hyderabad (preferred). Full-time remote (from other India locations) is available for exceptional candidates within budget. Must be willing to overlap with core US and India team working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deluge Development & Automation: Write, test, and maintain custom Deluge scripts, webhooks, functions, and automated schedulers across Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.

- Data Modeling & Analytics: Build complex SQL Query Tables, multi-table relationships, custom formula fields, and real- time executive dashboards in Zoho Analytics.

- AI Exploration & Data Sanity: Explore and integrate AI models (Claude, Google AI Studio) to automate data verification, catch data entry anomalies, and generate narrative insights for reporting.

- Integrations & Productivity Tools: Connect Zoho applications with external endpoints, leverage Google Apps Script for Google Workspace automation, and interface via REST APIs/JSON payloads.

- System Administration: Manage system security, role/profile permissions, policy acknowledgment triggers, and data clean-up across all HR modules.

- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve Deluge runtime errors, API rate limit issues, schema sync failures, and user-reported system bugs.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience developing and administering Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Analytics.





- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Deluge scripting, relational SQL (JOINs, aggregation, CASTing), and RESTful API integration.

- Bonus Skills (Apps Script & AI): Prior experience with Google Apps Script is a major plus. Genuine interest and willingness to experiment with AI tools (Claude, Google AI Studio etc) for data sanity checks and automated report generation.

- Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of core HR lifecycle processes, recruitment pipelines, and workforce reporting metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Python programming language and its associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). - Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and modern Java Script frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Solid understanding of web technologies including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and web security. - Proficiency in database design and development using SQL and familiarity with ORMs (e.g.,SQLAlchemy). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. - Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment of web applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good to have Qualifications: - Experience in building scalable and distributed systems. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
