Main Responsibilities:

- Handling Quality Management Tools & Customer requirements with key focus on Management requirement by ensuring robust deployment of system with sound knowledge in Automotive/ Auto Ancillary industries.
- Creating Quality System Manual, procedures & formats addressing requirements of all applicable standards and handling supplier quality, customer quality and in process quality.
- Periodic review of customer specific requirement & up-gradation of quality system and communication to team for impact of changes.
- Periodically co-ordinate and conduct of IATF Internal Audits for all India located plants and HO to assess the status of deployment of systems and take corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.




- Planning and conducting process audits as VDA standards at all India located plants and closing the audit points with actions.
- Monitoring of all Quality KPIS and preparing the Quality reports for Management reviews.
- Co-ordinating Customer audits / external audits for all plants in India in Production and Project phases. Monitoring and completing or closing the loop for the same with required actions.
- YF IMS (International manufacturing system) Monitoring and co-ordinating the Quality pillar activities with the India plants and ensuring the scores are achieved.

Experience: 8-12 years of experience from Automotive /Auto Ancillary Industry.

Education: DME/B.E./B. Tech with 8-12 Years of Experience from Automotive /Auto Ancillary Industry of Relevant job knowledge; IATF lead auditor certification and VDA 6,3 auditor certification preferable.
