ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Azure Stack HCI Engineer with solid experience in Azure Public Cloud, Windows Server, Hyper-V and infrastructure support.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• S2D Cluster
• Hyper-V Replication
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting
• OS patching, upgrades & firmware updates

• RCA, logs & troubleshooting
• Customer-facing technical support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and support Azure Stack HCI and Windows environments
• Troubleshoot Hyper-V, S2D, cluster and VM issues
• Perform Windows OS patching and upgrades
• Handle firmware upgrades and infrastructure maintenance
• Analyze logs and performance issues
• Provide RCA and resolution for complex incidents
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams
Requirements
MUST-HAVE SKILLS • 8+ years in Hyper-V / MS Cluster Administration • Azure Stack HCI & S2D Cluster • Hyper-V installation, configuration & VM management • MS Failover Cluster installation, configuration & troubleshooting • Hyper-V Replication • Windows Server 2008–2022 administration • OS upgrades, patching & firmware upgrades • Performance tuning & troubleshooting • DNS, DHCP & GPO • RCA using logs and dump-file analysis • Perfmon, Procmon & Netmon • Customer-facing / technical support experience
