Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through non-voice channels

• Respond to customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accuracy while handling customer interactions and documentation

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and SOPs

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Non-Voice process

✅ C1 level English proficiency – Mandatory

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills

✅ Positive typing and documentation skills

✅ Customer-focused approach

✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable
