- Handle QA inspection instruments, measuring equipment and gauges effectively.
- Ensure quality control of machined components/products as per defined standards.
- Have solid knowledge of SPC, MSA and Core Quality Tools.
- Independently manage quality activities during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and TQM requirements.
- Conduct inspections, identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering and other functions for quality improvement.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
- Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
