Job Purpose

To lead the product strategy, market development, and business growth of water leak detection solutions. The role involves managing product lifecycle, developing market opportunities, supporting sales teams, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth in water utilities, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for water leak detection solutions.

· Manage the complete product lifecycle including product planning, introduction, improvement, and market expansion.

· Understand customer applications and provide suitable leak detection solutions for water utilities, industries, buildings, and infrastructure projects.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

· Define product features, specifications, pricing strategy, and positioning.

· Work closely with R&D;/manufacturing teams for product development and improvements.

· Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and application solutions to customers and sales teams.

· Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product trials.

· Develop technical content including product presentations, datasheets, application notes, and training materials.

· Support sales teams and channel partners with product knowledge and solution selling.

· Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.

· Coordinate with service teams for installation support, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.

· Prepare sales forecasts, business plans,



and product performance reports.

· Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share for the water leak detection product portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Civil) or related field.

· MBA in Business Management / Product Management preferred.

· 6-8 years of experience in product management, technical sales, application engineering, or business development.

· Experience in water leak detection systems, utility solutions, instrumentation, IoT monitoring, or industrial equipment preferred.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of water leak detection technologies and applications.

· Knowledge of acoustic leak detection, sensors, monitoring systems, and diagnostic tools.

· Solid product management and business development skills.

· Excellent customer handling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business solutions.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

· Experience working with sales, service, and technical teams.
