Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily books, journals, ledgers, and financial records.
- Invoicing: Issue sales/purchase invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform account reconciliations.
- Tax & Compliance: Assist with timely GST, TDS,



and statutory filings.
- AR/AP Management: Track receivables/payables and follow up on pending settlements.
- Audits & Documentation: Assist in preparing audit data and organize supporting vouchers/records.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, ops, and marketing for accurate financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / BAF or equivalent)
- 0–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with solid fundamentals are welcome!)
- Mandatory: Fluency in written and spoken English
- Hands-on proficiency with Tally ERP and MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
