We are delighted to announce the opening of our current facility in Pune and are seeking a dedicated team member (m/f/d) to join our team from day one – ready to take on responsibility and support our growth in the Indian market

- Develop and manage customer relationships and business opportunities in the automotive industry and technical applications
- Coordinate local customer projects, deliveries, customer documentation, and product sampling activities in close cooperation with Project Management
- Monitor customer forecasts, order volumes, delivery quantities, and payment performance
- Meet and sustainably increase sales targets within the assigned area of responsibility
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare price calculations, commercial proposals, and quotations, and lead negotiations with customers independently
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries and provide regular reports on customer development, market trends, competitor activities, and customer complaints
- Represent the company at customer locations and company sites, with a willingness to travel extensively throughout India





- Education: commercial training or completed university degree
- Experience: solid sales experience in B2B sales with technically sophisticated products, ideally technical textiles
- Expertise: strong commercial and cross-functional thinking; confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge desirable; knowledge of technical textiles
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English
- Personal skills: customer- and quality-oriented, sales-driven, empathic, communicative, team-oriented, structured and transparent working style
