Job Purpose

To learn and perform sewing operations efficiently while maintaining required quality, production, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
- Perform sewing operations as per production requirements and work instructions.
- Follow approved garment construction and stitching methods.
- Maintain required quality standards and minimize sewing defects.
- Achieve daily production targets as instructed by the supervisor.
- Maintain proper machine handling, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
- Identify basic sewing defects and report them to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, attendance requirements, and production procedures.
- Support the sewing team in achieving production and quality targets.

Skills & Qualifications




- Minimum 8th / 10th standard qualification preferred.
- Basic interest in garment sewing and production work.
- Willingness to learn sewing machine operations.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Freshers can apply; prior garment sewing experience is an added advantage.

Training & Growth
- On-the-job training in sewing machine operation and garment construction.
- Training on quality standards and production processes.
- Prospect to develop into a Sewing Machine Operator based on performance.
