We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist - Digital Delivery to join our cutting-edge team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will coordinate our Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities and digital delivery across our design and construction projects.

- Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
- Coordinate BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in digital design and construction
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues
- Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams
