Introduction

As an Accountant in Client Services, you will support the delivery of high-quality accounting, financial reporting, and fund administration services for private equity and fund clients. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial deliverables, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, supporting client onboarding and system migrations, and contributing to efficient client service operations.

What You'll Do

- You'll prepare and review NAV calculations, financial statements, capital call and distribution workings, journal entries, investor notices, payments, and other client reporting deliverables for private equity funds and corporate clients.
- You'll ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned deliverables by performing self-reviews, addressing review comments, managing workflow tasks, and maintaining up-to-date timesheets and reporting records.
- You'll develop a solid understanding of client agreements, Scope of Work (SOW), SLAs, and reporting requirements, while responding promptly to client,



investor, and stakeholder queries and escalating issues when necessary.
- You'll support fund onboarding and migration activities to accounting platforms such as Investran and Paxus, while leveraging accounting and reporting systems to generate reports and maintain efficient operations.
- You'll maintain compliance with SSAE requirements, internal policies, procedures, and risk controls, proactively seek technical and professional development opportunities, and provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
