Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Python.
Implement and execute automated tests for web applications using pytest, Behave (BDD), and Selenium.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
Utilize Docker for containerized test environments and ensure scalability in cloud-based setups.
Work with AWS services to manage test environments and deployments.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable feedback to the development team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, including GenAI, and explore opportunities to enhance QA processes using AI-driven tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with pytest, Behave, Selenium, and related libraries.
Performance Testing: Experience using JMeter for load and performance testing.
Containerization: Experience with Docker for creating and managing test environments.
Cloud: Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) for test execution and setting setup.
CI/CD: Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Testing Practices: Solid understanding of QA methodologies, BDD, and automated testing best practices.
GenAI Awareness: Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts and their potential applications in QA.
