Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing operations, order processing, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EVA software, SAP, and advanced Excel, ensuring smooth backend sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning
- Handle order entries, invoicing, and documentation in EVA software and SAP
- Maintain accurate sales data, MIS reports, and dashboards using Excel
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Communicate with clients for order updates, queries, and support
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Assist in inventory coordination with production and warehouse teams




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Coordination role
- Hands-on experience in EVA Software and SAP
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in plastic, polymer, or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of order lifecycle and supply chain processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
