Key Responsibilities: -

- Manage end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and service requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with sales, operations, pricing, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure
- smooth execution of services
- Support the sales team with client servicing, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and
- order execution
- Oversee order processing / shipment coordination / documentation, ensuring accuracy
- and compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service
- delivery
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates, delays, and
- resolutions

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business or management,



master's degree in relevant field is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional and customer service experience in the field of general freight, freight forwarding business
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
