We are looking for a PCB Design Engineer. The priority is focused on designing PCBs used in the internal group products - Wind Generators, Water Generators, and others.
Work will focus on the schematic design, and the consultant will work on the PCB Layout.
Your tasks
- Generating strict routing constraints in Cadence Allegro based on in-house schematic designs, guiding the external PCB layout team
- Conducting rigorous technical reviews of outsourced layouts to ensure strict adherence to schematics, signal/power integrity (SI/PI), and proper mixed-signal isolation
- Performing hands-on, critical layout edits and final Design for Manufacturing (DFM) validations before approving files for manufacturing
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of skilled experience as a PCB Design Engineer
- Expert in navigating, reviewing, and editing complex PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro, serving as the final technical authority for outsourced designs and ensuring full schematic compliance prior to release
- Strong expertise in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI), impedance-controlled routing, length matching, crosstalk mitigation, analog-to-digital isolation, grounding strategies,
shielding techniques, and PCB design for IC socket/load board applications
- Proven ability to generate strict routing constraints and layout guidelines for external PCB design teams, perform rigorous vendor design reviews, and conduct comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessments to ensure production readiness and prevent manufacturing defects
- Proficiency in Business English (C1 Advanced)
