Mandatory skills

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum framework, and organizational delivery processes.
- Support teams in delivering committed sprint goals and release objectives.
- Track sprint progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Required qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Skilled Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with distributed and global teams.

- Escalate critical issues and dependencies appropriately.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cross-team challenges.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog and prioritize work effectively.
- Provide visibility into team performance, sprint outcomes, and project status.
- Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, and team health indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and predictability.
- Support Agile maturity assessments and continuous process improvement initiatives.
