- We are seeking a highly accomplished Master Black Belt (MBB) to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes through operational excellence, process optimization, digital transformation, automation, and organizational change.
- The role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and drive large-scale transformation programs across functions, geographies, and business units.
- The incumbent will leverage Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, Process Mining, Automation, and Change Management methodologies to identify opportunities, design future-state operating models, and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- This role requires exceptional stakeholder management abilities, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering productivity, quality, customer experience, and cost optimization results across complex organizations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead strategic transformation programs aligned to business objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Drive enterprise-wide operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for productivity enhancement, cost reduction, and service improvement.
- Establish governance structures and transformation frameworks.
- Build and maintain transformation performance dashboards and benefit realization mechanisms.
- Serve as the organization's highest authority on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead complex DMAIC, DFSS, Lean, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
- Standardize process excellence practices across business units.
- Ensure sustainability and control of implemented improvements.
- Assess current operating models and design future-state frameworks.
- Reengineer end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Improve service delivery, quality, compliance, and customer experience.
- Facilitate cross-functional transformation initiatives across operations and support functions.
- Partner with technology teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Drive adoption of RPA, Workflow Automation, Process Mining, AI, and Analytics solutions.
- Support implementation of digital transformation platforms.
- Ensure realization of transformation benefits through technology enablement.
- Lead organizational change initiatives supporting transformation programs.
- Develop communication, training,



and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach Black Belts, Green Belts, and transformation practitioners.
- Establish enterprise capability-building programs.
- Manage multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and success measures.
- Monitor delivery performance and business outcomes.
- Provide executive updates and steering committee presentations.
- Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Partner with senior leaders across business and technology functions.
- Influence executive decision-making using data and structured analysis.
- Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and strategic reviews.
- Develop business cases for transformation investments.
- Build strong relationships across global stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree preferred.
- 14-18+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 8+ years leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programs.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business benefits.
