Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in NetSuite development, administration, integrations, and business process automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of technical and functional NetSuite experience and the ability to work with offshore teams, consultants, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1/2.2, including Client Scripts, Scheduled Scripts, and Suitelets.
- Design and manage SuiteFlow workflows for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Quote to Cash processes.
- Build and support NetSuite integrations using REST APIs and web services.
- Configure and support NetSuite ERP, OpenAir, Fixed Asset Management (FAM), and General Accounting.
- Develop and maintain SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) functionality and templates.
- Create saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and SOX-compliant reporting.
- Perform data migrations and bulk updates using SQL Server and CSV imports.
- Work with JavaScript libraries such as Backbone.js.




- Coordinate offshore developers and external consultants through development, testing, and UAT.
- Support ERP administration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant NetSuite experience.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, OpenAir, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow.
- Strong SQL Server and complex query-writing skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA).
- Knowledge of FAM, General Accounting, reporting, and SOX compliance.
- Experience with Appian BPM or similar low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with RF-SMART, DocuPeak, and Visio.
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Experience supporting NetSuite in enterprise or high-growth environments.

Preferred: NetSuite certifications and experience leading NetSuite implementations, integrations, or large-scale enhancements.
