Role Description The Senior Executive role at Officially Ethos is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will support business operations by coordinating day-to-day activities such as report preparation, data analysis, and performance tracking for key functions. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensuring timely completion of operational and administrative tasks.



The Senior Executive will help drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and support management with presentations and decision-making inputs. This role requires consistent interaction with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to high standards of professionalism aligned with the luxury retail environment.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Operational and administrative capabilities, such as documentation, coordination, and time management.
- Business and commercial acumen, including basic understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and financial metrics.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Commerce, Management, or related field); postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or corporate operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold high standards of integrity and customer focus.
