Role Description

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, object-oriented design, and enterprise design patterns.
- Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Develop and optimize solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.




- Drive CI/CD and release automation using Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Establish automated testing practices using xUnit, JUnit, and related frameworks.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for security, scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to improve engineering productivity and automation.
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex application and production issues.

Technical Skills

Required Qualifications & Background

- Typically 8-12+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading technical design and delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core/C# and/or Java/Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit and JUnit.
- Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across development teams.
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Generative AI, or Agentic AI is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or another regulated environment is preferred.

- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
