Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling, convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Candidates with experience in the education/training sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, admissions and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student and parent queries through calls, meetings and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, enquiries and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on student interactions and admission status.
