About the R ole

We are hiring a Business Head – Sa les to lead and scale the sales operations of a well-established jewellery retail brand.

This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving retail performance, expanding the store network, and building high-performing sales teams across Ind ia.

Key Responsibili ties

Lead Pan-India retail sales strategy and execu tion

Drive revenue, profitability, and outlet perform ance

Manage regional sales teams, Area Managers,



and Store Mana gers

Oversee franchise expansion and recent store laun ches

Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ticket size, and P&a; mp;LCollaborate with marketing for seasonal campa igns

Build relationships with HNI clients and corporate part ners

Present business performance and growth plans to leader ship Must-Have Exper ience7–15 years of experience in Jewellery R etail

Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership role

Experience mana ging 20 retail ou tlets

Man aged 50 field sales professi onals

Strong understanding of retail operations, P&L;, franchise management, and sales str ategyMBA/PGDM pref erred Preferred Skills
