Ady Guru is a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with D2C and E-commerce brands to create strategies and campaigns focused on business growth.

We are hiring a Video Script Writer to craft short-form, sales-driven scripts for Meta Ad campaigns across D2C and E-commerce brands. This is a specialized script writing role — not a general content or social media position. If you understand how to hook attention, build desire, and drive action through video, we want to talk to you.

Before you apply, make sure:

- You have 0–2 years of experience in video script writing, ad copywriting, UGC scripts, or creative/sales writing.
- You have a strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, and sales-driven video content.
- You are comfortable working Full-Time (On-site).
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- You're looking for a salary in the ₹10,000–₹15,000/month range.

Key Responsibilities

- Write short-form, sales-focused video scripts for Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns.
- Craft scripts that hook attention in the first few seconds, identify pain points, build interest, and end with a strong CTA.
- Apply different marketing angles and hooks (problem-solution,



UGC-style, testimonial-style, storytelling).
- Support the creative/video team with execution ideas — shot suggestions, scene structure, B-roll, product shots, and UGC-style scenes.
- Give basic direction to the person appearing in the video.
- Structure scripts according to different video formats and ad angles.

Skills & Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in video script writing, ad copywriting, UGC scripts, sales scripts, or creative writing.
- Solid command of English and Hindi.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of audience psychology and customer pain points.
- Ability to write powerful hooks, persuasive copy, and different marketing angles.
- Basic understanding of how videos are shot and structured (scenes, B-roll, UGC-style content).
- Freshers with excellent writing ability and creativity are welcome to apply.
