Tasks

- Operate and manage sound and lighting equipment for various stage productions, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Collaborate with directors and production teams to design and implement sound and lighting plans that align with the artistic vision of each production.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of audio and lighting systems to ensure functionality and safety during performances.
- Program and control lighting consoles and soundboards, adjusting settings as necessary during live events to enhance the audience experience.




- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in sound and lighting to continuously improve service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sound & Lighting Operator in theatrical or performance settings.
- Strong understanding of stage, lighting, and sound equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with directors, designers, and other production staff to achieve desired artistic effects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during live performances.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by performance schedules.
