Has 3–6 years of experience in a professional bakery, café, or hot
el.

Has strong knowledge of bread baking, fermentation, viennoiserie, and pastry producti
on.

Understands ingredients and values quality over convenien
ce.

Is disciplined, detail-oriented, and thrives in a rapid-paced kitch
en.

Is eager to innovate while maintaining consisten
