Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations of multiple hospital medical stores/pharmacy outlets.
- Lead, train and monitor store teams and pharmacists.
- Drive sales, revenue and operational targets across stores.
- Ensure adequate stock availability and effective inventory management.
- Monitor expiry, stock ageing, wastage and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy, hospital and company SOPs.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement and replenishment.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare MIS reports and share business updates with management.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-3 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, medical stores, retail pharmacy or healthcare operations.
- Experience managing multiple stores/outlets is preferred.
- Solid team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory, sales and pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hospital chain / pharmacy chain experience will be an advantage.
