About the Role

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Responsibilities

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in strong verbal and written communication.




- Need experience in the customer support domain for this role.
- Graduates and undergraduates can both apply.
- 6 months' customer support experience is mandatory.
