Role: Customer Support & Upselling Executive (International Voice Process)

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational week off)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls with high professionalism.
Address customer queries effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify sales opportunities and perform upselling on relevant products or services.
Maintain clear and accurate conversation records.

Requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Gurgaon).
Skills: Strong convincing/negotiation skills for upselling, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
