Location: Baner, Pune

Shift timings: 11 AM - 8 PM or 12 PM - 9 PM

Working model: Hybrid 3days WFO and 2 days WFH

Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative at Company, you will drive the company‘s growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities for our creative and marketing services. You will build relationships with prospective clients and generate a robust pipeline across APAC, Europe, and USA markets. Working closely with the marketing and leadership team,



you will help convert prospects into long-term enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities -

Identify and qualify sales opportunities across target markets. -

Prospect into enterprise accounts using email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. -

Research target accounts to identify the right decision-makers. -

Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls and pitch meetings for the leadership team. -

Own and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline sourced.

Requirements - Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3-4 years of experience in SDR/lead generation, ideally in B2B services. -

Proven ability to book qualified meetings and convert cold outreach into pipeline. -

Comfortable with outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing and others -

Strong research skills and excellent written/verbal communication. - Self-starter, comfortable working
