~ Railway/infrastructure project experience
~ Pure drafting or AutoCAD‑only background
~ Interior residential freelancer profiles
~ Basic knowledge of Revit” (no project-based usage)

Diploma holders (only if 5+ years of relevant Revit experience + solid communication skills)
Civil Engineering candidates only if they closely match BIM/Revit requirements
