Hiring: OEM Business Development Manager – Color Cosmetics Location: NSP, Delhi
Experience: 6+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire current B2B clients for OEM / White Labelling / Private Label products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & prospective customers.
• Generate leads through networking, market research & B2B platforms.
• Handle end-to-end sales – inquiry, sampling, quotation, negotiation & order closure.
• Coordinate with R&D;, Production & Packaging teams for client requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development .
• Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
• Proven track record in lead generation and business conversion.
