PMO Analyst

The Enablement Services Team (EST) Analyst is responsible for providing operational, governance, and administrative project support services across a portfolio of projects, enabling Project Managers and Program Managers to focus on delivery execution, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making. The role supports demand forecasting & updates, project launch & setup, meeting coordination, artifact management, change control administration, project reporting, and project closure activities while ensuring compliance with PMO standards, governance processes, and organizational methodologies. EST serves as a key operational partner, driving consistency, data accuracy, process efficiency, and portfolio-level execution excellence across the project lifecycle.

Perform SOP based Demand forecasting and Resource Planning support activities
Support project setup, launch, and onboarding activities.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings and maintain action trackers.
Track project artifacts, approvals, and governance deliverables.
Support Change Control preparation, submission, and tracking.
Maintain project documentation, repositories, and operational trackers.
Support project financial, demand, and resource management activities.
Assist with project closure and governance compliance activities.
Ensure adherence to PMO processes, standards, and organizational methodologies.
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Understanding of PMO Governance, Project Coordination, and Project Lifecycle Management (Delivery Excellence)




Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision
Stakeholder management skills
Problem Management and Resolution
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Willing to work night shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM)
