At SolarSquare, we’re not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and “plan content.” Visiting our customers across cities and getting them to share their solar journey on camera
Breaking the ice with people who’ve never spoken on video before (and making it feel natural)
Creating short-form content for SolarSquare’s social channels
Editing videos quick—Reels, Shorts, whatever works—while the story is still fresh
Figuring out what content will click, not just what looks “nice”

Know how to shoot AND edit (phone or camera—doesn’t matter, output does)
Know how to translate brand RTBs into engaging,



consumable content
Are okay traveling across Tier 1 cities
Stay on top of short-form video trends and adapt them to brand storytelling
Have a strong instinct for fast-paced, engaging edits (hooks, jump cuts, captions, pattern interrupts)
Use AI tools to speed up editing, captions, and ideation
Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve content based on performance and learnings

Bonus points if you:
Are already making content on Instagram / YouTube
Have a strong sense of what works in short-form video

Real stories, real people—not staged content

Doesn’t need to be fancy—but it should show you can talk to people and tell a story on video.
